At our practice, we strive to make accessing quality mental health care as seamless as possible. Below, you’ll find detailed information about insurance coverage, payment options, and session availability.
Self-Pay and Private Pay
- Self-Pay: You will receive a “superbill” to submit to your insurance provider for out-of-network (OON) benefits and potential reimbursement.
- Private Pay: You will receive an “invoice” for your records.
Session Fees
- Self-pay and private pay sessions are $150 for a 55-minute session.
Insurance Coverage by State We accept the following insurance plans:
- Kentucky Medicaid: Passport-Molina, Aetna Better Health KY, WellCare, Humana, Optum, United Healthcare, and BCBS/Anthem. Commercial: Aetna, BCBS/Anthem, Cigna, and Humana.
- Arizona, Ohio, Oklahoma, and Tennessee Commercial: Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Humana, Oscar, Oxford, and United Healthcare.
Payment Methods: We accept payments for copays, coinsurance, and self-pay in the form of credit cards, debit cards, and HSA/FSA cards. The card on file will be automatically processed before each session.
Please contact your insurance provider to verify eligibility and benefits for telehealth mental health services. We do not verify eligibility or benefits with insurance companies.
Cancellation Policy: To avoid a late cancellation fee, please cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. No-call/no-shows will be charged the full private pay rate.
Availability: Our services are available Monday through Thursday, from 9:30am to 4:30pm.
Session hours are 10am to 4pm Est
