Self Pay:  You will receive a  “superbill” to submit to your insurance provider to use your OON benefits and reimbursement.

Private Pay: You will recieve an “invoice”.

 Self pay and private pay session fees are $150 for a 45-minute session.

Payment

Payments such as copay, coinsurance, and self pay are accepted in the form of a credit card, debit card, and HSA/FSA card. The card on file is automatically processed before each session. 

**Be sure to  contact your insurance provider to verify your eligibility and benefits for telehealth mental health services. 

Cancellation Policy

Cancel within 24 hours of your appointment to avoid late cancelation fee. No call/ no shows will be charged the full private pay rate.
